Since moving to Sherbrooke, Quebec in 2014, the Princivil family (Jean-Marc, Myra, Noah, Anaël, Éloïse & Kyria) lives in the Mont-Bellevue neighbourhood. They lead our church plant project and their role is to serve the community, bring its residents to the knowledge of Jesus’ love and disciple them as they grow in the faith.
After serving in a pastoral role in Orleans, Canada for five years, Jean-Marc, Myra and their family are very excited to see what God has in store for this part of Sherbrooke. Jean-Marc has taken on a pastoral role in the church and their family’s passion is to see this community transformed for His glory.
For more information on the Princivil family, please visit their website.
During the school year we rent a public school gym to host free activities to primary aged kids of the neighbourhood. Games, songs, skits and Bible stories are taught to the kids of the community, one Friday night a month, ending with a Community BBQ in June.
We've been hosting this Kids Club for more than seven years and regularly have 40 to 60 kids come out each time!
The Kids Club has also partnered with a local Christian camp in order to send kids to camp for a week in the summer on a special camper scholarship. This year over 50 kids were able to go to camp for a week and learn about God in a more concentrated setting.
We're in need of help in a few different areas: volunteers, financial help and prayer support. If you would like to volunteer or join our group, please contact us. If you would like to help us financially with Phase 2 of our building renovations, kids club costs or contribute to summer camp scholarships, please click the button to give a monthly or one-time gift. Please also pray for these needs.
Thank you so much for your support and encouragement!
